breakFAST

 February 1st?  Sheesh! 


Last night, "Spinning Steve" (my fav instructor's name is Steve) totally kicked my butt!  It was one of the hardest classes I have ever been to, and I felt great after it!

This morning, I continued my daily smoothie breakfast and I made a great one!  I love how they are so easy to make and take no time at all.  I was so proud of myself!  It tasted soooo much better than yesterdays and I even added more nutrients.  I mixed together a couple recipes and came up with this one...
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 3/4 of a banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla light & fit yogurt (momma's recommendation)
  • 1 cup of skim milk 
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 3 ice cubes

and a little taste test... perfect!
the left over banana - don't mind the bruise! : )
 Tomorrow I think I will throw the whole banana in the blender in addition to a few spinach leaves for an extra kick.

  1. mmmm smoothie. That sounds sooo good. Too bad my blender broke. Need to get a new on stat!
