Last night, "Spinning Steve" (my fav instructor's name is Steve) totally kicked my butt! It was one of the hardest classes I have ever been to, and I felt great after it!
This morning, I continued my daily smoothie breakfast and I made a great one! I love how they are so easy to make and take no time at all. I was so proud of myself! It tasted soooo much better than yesterdays and I even added more nutrients. I mixed together a couple recipes and came up with this one...
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 3/4 of a banana
- 1/2 cup of vanilla light & fit yogurt (momma's recommendation)
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3 ice cubes
