I made a pretty delicious salad last night for dinner. I had some nice tomatoes in the veggie drawer and my lovely fresh basil plant, so I decided to go the caprese route. I sliced up some vine tomatoes, cut some basil leaves of the plant, added some shredded fat free mozzarella (I only had shredded), I sprinkled a bit of garlic salt and I added two tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette. Oooh buddy, was it good!
