Last night was day 1 of Jillian Michaels of The Biggest Loser 30 Day Shred workout. I'm not gonna lie...it was no joke! The 30 Day Shred features three 20-minute workouts, each of which features, in rapid succession, short bursts of strength, cardio, and abs, and a cool-down. There is no resting between each short burst of exercise either. It was definitely tough, but I'm so excited to be incorporating strength into part of my workout. I'm going to do this for 30 days straight... we'll see if I see results! Ready, set, goooo!
