go away, bad day

I'm having "one of those days".  I woke up in a decent mood (average for a Tuesday), but little by little that mood has gone down hill.  What do you do to shake your bad days/bad moods?  My apartment is a mess and I have a few TV shows on the DVR to catch up on, sooo, tonight is dedicated to catching up on cleaning/TV shows.  Maybe that will help?  At least the good TV will!

I'm like 3 episodes behind
Maybe the good TV will take away from the torturous cleaning of the kitchen, family room, bathroom and bedroom?! Hopefully!
