welcome to the neighb, best friend!

One of my oldest and closest friends, Ashley, is moving to Bethesda Saturday!  I can't wait to have one of my besties living just minutes from me.  We are going out Saturday night to celebrate her official arrival with a bunch of our friends.  I'm so lucky to have such a great friend like her.  I can depend on her for anything and everything!
